Payments cannot be refunded for holidays or sickness. If your child will be away from gymnastics for a long period of time with injury, please speak to a member of the team. Please note that sometimes in situations beyond our control we may need to cancel sessions. In the event that this happens we do not offer refunds but where possible we try to arrange an alternative session for your child to attend, this could be at an alternative venue. Notifications of this will be sent via email.
Extra sessions, for example holiday camps will be advertised on the website and payments can be made by cash or Bacs when booking on.
Cancelling your sessions
We ask for 1 months written notice if you wish to leave the club. At this point it is the payers responsibility to cancel standings orders, as any over payments will not be refunded
With respect to all coaches and for the safety of your child, we have the following rules for all parents/guardians/spectators to follow
Current IGA membership is compulsory for all of our members. Without it gymnasts are not permitted to take part in classes. All information must be correct at the time of joining and it is the members responsilbilty to keep any details up to date. Any false information will invalidate membership.
I know of no reason why my child should not participate in Gymnastics with Salto GC. I understand the risks involved and while coaches will do their utmost to provide a safe environment I understand that accidents can happen and I give my consent for my child to participate in classes.
